ArtSpa Evenings*:
A fun and relaxing evening Expressive Art Group.
Come explore your own personal mythology through collage,
painting, dimensional forms and more.
Group meets some Mondays & Tuesdays from 6:45 -8:45pm. Check calendar for dates. Cost is $10 per session.

The Manifesting Journal Workshop:
Have you seen "The Secret"?? What do YOU want to manifest in your life?
Better job, more beautiful surroundings, more satisfying relationships?
Utilize the Law of Attraction! Bring your imagination into reality. Get clear on what you want in your life by creating a journal or dream board to help focus your intentions.
This workshop will be a blast and it might just change your life!!

The Kindergarten for Counselors Workshop:
Here's your chance to play, relax, and release the stress of your work life by diving into some Expressive Art-making with friends and colleagues.
This workshop is an introduction to Expressive Art-making especially for those in the helping professions. After caring for others all week long, take some time to care for yourself!! We'll use a variety of media to help you connect with your creativity, let go of tension, and have fun - the best medicine!

The Kindergarten for Artists Workshop:
Hey Professional Artists ~ if you're feeling blocked, bored, or overwhelmed, here is the workshop for you. This introduction to Expressive Art-making will help you step back from your training and habitual responses to artistic dilemmas in order to get a fresh perspective. Releasing expectations and judgments about your art for a few short hours will allow you to come back to your work refreshed, re-charged and full of new ideas. Workshop will focus on creativity, responsiveness, and present awareness among other things. Remember what it was like to make art just for the fun of it?
