Rivers and Tides (2001) is about environmental artist Andy Goldsworthy. This film is exquisite and full of ideas about how to be present with art materials (Andy uses only items he finds in nature, but the analogy is transferable to traditional materials as well).
Touch the Sound (2004) is about world class percussionist Evelyn Glennie (who happens to be deaf). The most beautiful and inspiring documentary I've ever seen - the ultimate model of expressive creativity.
